Smile Makeovers

A smile is one of the most striking features of your face that defines your personality. A perfect smile comes with a set of perfect teeth. We, at Dental Care Centre, help you to achieve perfect teeth by altering, reorganizing and repositioning the teeth/ tooth structure in terms of colour, position size and texture with no harmful effects on the look, feel and function that of natural teeth.

A smile makeover is the process of creating a better, brighter healthier smile by using one or more dental processes or procedures. Those procedures can include brightening, braces, tooth implants, and repairing chips and cracks, or installing tooth veneers. What procedure is necessary depends on your individual needs. We begin by assessing your current smile, take you through a “test drive” if required, and then finding out what you’d like your smile to be like when we’re finished. We’ll work with you to create a plan to give you the smile you want at a price you can afford.

Some of the processes we use are:

Braces

You don’t have to walk around for months with metal braces anymore. We now have a nearly invisible brace called Invisalign®. It’s an appliance you wear and remove. It’s custom made for your mouth, is comfortable, and eliminates the common problem of metal allergies so many people have. Bridges, Crowns, and Implants: Missing teeth ruin many smiles. Part of a smile makeover may include giving you back that tooth or teeth through implants, bridges, or crowns.

Tooth Veneers

Once you lose that bright white surface of the tooth it’s often impossible to restore unless you have tooth veneers installed. Tooth or dental veneers are wafer-thin, custom-made shells of tooth-colored resin or porcelain. Veneers are designed to cover the front surface of your teeth to improve your appearance. The veneers are permanently bonded to the front of your teeth. Veneers change the color, shape, and even the size or length of your teeth, giving you a younger, fresher, better-looking smile.

Gum Contouring

For many reasons some people have gums that ride too low, or too high on their teeth. This can make the teeth look too small, or too large. Gum contouring can shape the gum line, improving the appearance of your smile. Gums may recede because of disease, genetics, or even medication you may be taking. Gum contouring helps cover the teeth in a way that enhances your smile and keeps your teeth healthy. You probably won’t need all of these procedures, few people do. But one or more of them can change your mouth and your life for the better.
